Fearless had so many things going for it, I just knew that I was going to adore it.
And adore it I did.
We met Dare Davis in the first book of this series, Reckless. Though the story from Reckless does carry through to Fearless, you can jump in at Fearless and understand it all.
Dare and Noah had a relationship that ended 15 years ago - and not in a good way. Now their worlds have crashed back together, and things are about to get interesting.
There is no denying the spark between them, even if they don't want it, try to deny it, push it away when it raises it's head.
I LOVED that they did not jump straight back into bed with each other. There were too many emotions, too much hurt to allow that. There is a slow, smouldering burn between them, the reader can feel the heat between them leap off the page.
And you just know that if they do get their act together, it is going to be explosive!
But doe they? For that you will need to read for yourself.
Fearless had a little more oomph than the first book. I felt that I connected with the characters a little better than the first book (probably that I knew the characters better this time around) and their story drew me in a big more than the first one.
Fearless really hit the spot when I read it. I have been on a run of darker, ugly cry book so this light, sexy, sassy and fun book was just what the doctor ordered!
